Situated in the picturesque town of Machynlleth in Powys, Mid Wales, Hennighan's Top Shop is a traditional family-run fish and chip shop offering a variety of excellent food and a fast friendly service.
Hennighan's Top Shop has been popular with locals and visitors alike since opening for business in June 1982, and over the years the shop has won several prestigious awards.
We pride ourselves in using only the finest ingredients, complete details of which we publish in a booklet available from the shop. And we will be pleased to steam fish for you should you prefer it.
Hennighan's Top Shop is proud to support local events and in the past this has included
the local Machynlleth Annual Carnival, Y Tabernacl and the local junior football team (The Hurricanes).
In addition, we have fluorescent jackets which are available for community use free of charge.
